1. Agreement and incorporated policies
By creating an account, clicking to accept, purchasing, listing, selling, or otherwise using Vintra, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them, including the Seller Terms, Shipping Policy, Refund and Dispute Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, Community Guidelines, Intellectual Property Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Order-specific information shown during listing, offer, checkout, shipping, refund, dispute, or payout flows forms part of the applicable transaction terms.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and security
The marketplace is intended for people age 18 or older who can enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate, current information; maintain one authentic account unless Vintra approves otherwise; protect login credentials; and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Vintra may require identity, age, tax, payment, payout, address, or business verification. Seller access and payout availability may remain restricted until required checks are complete.
3. Vintra’s marketplace role
Vintra provides technology that helps independent buyers and sellers discover items, communicate, make offers, pay, ship, receive support, and maintain transaction records. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vintra does not own, manufacture, possess, inspect, authenticate, or take title to listed items and is not the buyer or seller.
Sellers remain responsible for their items, listing accuracy, lawful ownership, condition, authenticity, price, packaging, and fulfillment. Vintra may review, restrict, remove, or cancel marketplace activity to protect users, comply with law or provider requirements, or enforce these Terms.
4. Listings, inventory, offers, and purchases
Sellers must use original or authorized photos, describe material wear and defects, select accurate categories and sizes, keep inventory current, and list only items they own or are authorized to sell. Listings may not manipulate search, reviews, scarcity, price, or availability.
An offer, counteroffer, or purchase becomes binding only at the point identified in the applicable in-app flow and subject to successful payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and any right to cancel under these Terms or applicable law. Do not submit an offer or purchase unless you intend and are able to complete it.
5. Prices, fees, payments, taxes, and seller payouts
Before confirmation, buyers will see the item price, calculated shipping, applicable taxes, and any disclosed optional charge. Sellers pay 0%: no listing fee, no selling fee, and no commission, so the seller keeps the full item price. Payment processing is added to the buyer’s total and is not deducted from the seller’s proceeds. Vintra charges sellers nothing today, and any future change will be disclosed before it applies.
Stripe and other approved providers may process payments, seller onboarding, identity checks, refunds, disputes, transfers, and payouts under their own terms. Vintra does not promise that funds are held in escrow. Payout timing and availability depend on provider onboarding, payment settlement, order state, reserves, refunds, disputes, risk review, and legal requirements.
Users are responsible for taxes and records assigned to them by law. Vintra or its providers may calculate, collect, remit, withhold, or report taxes and may request tax documentation.
6. Shipping at launch
Vintra launches with shipping for every order. Local pickup is not available at launch. Shipping rates, carrier options, parcel requirements, handling deadlines, and label instructions are shown in the applicable flow.
Sellers must use the order-linked label when required, provide accurate parcel information, package the item appropriately, comply with carrier rules, and tender the parcel by the stated deadline. Buyers must provide a complete deliverable address and monitor tracking. EasyPost and participating carriers may process shipping and address information to quote, create, purchase, track, support, or void labels.
Carrier estimates and scans are provided by third parties and are not guarantees. Additional charges, delays, returns, loss, or whether a carrier claim can be made may depend on carrier terms, accurate parcel data, packaging, restricted-item rules, and the evidence available.
7. Order status and completion
Order status is determined by Vintra’s records, payment-provider events, carrier events, support decisions, and applicable law. Users may not falsely mark an order shipped, delivered, completed, refunded, or resolved. Vintra may correct an order state when records conflict or a provider sends updated information.
Cancellation availability depends on the order state. An unpaid order may be cancellable where the app permits it. Once payment, label purchase, carrier acceptance, delivery, refund, or dispute activity begins, different restrictions may apply.
8. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and disputes
Eligibility is governed by the Refund and Dispute Policy in effect at purchase. Issues may include non-shipment, loss, transit damage, a materially not-as-described item, a wrong item, missing bundle contents, or suspected counterfeit goods. Change of mind, fit, preference, or disclosed secondhand wear generally does not qualify unless required by law or accepted by the seller.
Users must report issues through the designated flow within the deadline shown for the order, preserve the item and packaging, provide truthful evidence, cooperate with return or carrier instructions, and avoid disposing of disputed items. Vintra may issue or facilitate full or partial refunds, require a tracked return, deny unsupported claims, or take other action consistent with the policy, provider rules, and law.
Contact support before initiating a payment chargeback when reasonably possible. Fraudulent disputes, duplicate recovery, false evidence, or misuse of chargebacks may result in account restrictions and recovery of amounts lawfully owed.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Vintra for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, infringing, discriminatory, or exploitative activity. This includes prohibited items; counterfeit or stolen goods; off-platform payment evasion; account or review manipulation; harassment; impersonation; scraping; malware; unauthorized automation; security testing without permission; interference with service operation; or misuse of personal information.
10. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Vintra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and market the service, subject to privacy settings and applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content. Vintra may remove or restrict content that violates rights or policy. Rights owners may use the Intellectual Property Policy to submit a notice.
11. Reviews, restrictions, suspension, and termination
Vintra may investigate activity; preserve records; remove listings; limit features; delay payouts; cancel orders; require verification; suspend or terminate accounts; or cooperate with providers and authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or marketplace integrity.
Where appropriate, Vintra may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Some information may be withheld when disclosure would create a safety risk, enable fraud, compromise an investigation, violate law, or breach a provider obligation.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vintra and the service are provided “as is” and “as available.” Vintra does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a sale, an item’s quality or authenticity, user conduct, carrier performance, or a particular support outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Vintra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service.
13. Changes, assignment, and contact
Vintra may update these Terms as the service, law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and communicated when required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
