Marketplace role
Vintra provides marketplace software for independent users who buy and sell approved secondhand items. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy and fulfillment.
Accounts
Users may need an account to list, message, make offers, buy, sell, request support, or access transaction records.
Payments
Buyers should pay through Vintra's supported checkout flow. Applicable fees, taxes, and fulfillment costs must be disclosed before confirmation.
User conduct
Users may not post prohibited items, misrepresent listings, harass others, evade fees, request off-platform payments, or misuse marketplace systems.
Enforcement
Vintra may remove listings, cancel transactions, restrict accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, legal, payment, or policy reasons.
