1. Core listing rules
You may list only a lawful, authentic, available physical item that you own or are authorized to sell and that can be shipped through the offered carrier service. An item may be removed even if not named below when Vintra reasonably believes it creates legal, safety, fraud, rights, carrier, or marketplace-integrity risk.
2. Counterfeit, stolen, and infringing goods
- Counterfeits, replicas presented as authentic, unauthorized copies, fake labels, or trademark-infringing goods.
- Stolen goods, items obtained through fraud, or items with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Pirated media, bootlegs, unauthorized software or activation keys, and goods that infringe copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, or other rights.
- Listings that misuse another person’s photos, identity, brand, or endorsement.
3. Illegal and regulated goods
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon parts, or items primarily intended to cause injury.
- Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, cannabis products, tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, and alcohol.
- Prescription drugs, medical devices requiring authorization, bodily fluids, organs, or human remains.
- Government documents, IDs, licenses, badges, law-enforcement equipment, counterfeit currency, stamps, or instruments intended for fraud.
- Gambling products, lottery entries, regulated financial products, or items whose sale requires a license Vintra has not approved.
4. Unsafe, hazardous, recalled, and carrier-restricted goods
- Recalled products or items subject to an active safety notice.
- Hazardous materials, flammables, aerosols, fuel, corrosives, toxic substances, loose batteries, or other carrier-prohibited contents.
- Used cosmetics, opened hygiene products, contaminated items, or products lacking required safety seals where resale creates a health risk.
- Perishable food, temperature-controlled goods, live plants where restricted, or anything likely to spoil or leak in transit.
- Items that exceed carrier size, weight, value, packaging, destination, or service restrictions.
5. Adult, hateful, violent, or exploitative content
- Pornography, sexual services, fetish goods not approved for the marketplace, or sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors.
- Exploitative imagery, non-consensual intimate content, or items promoting abuse.
- Hateful, terrorist, extremist, or violent propaganda; items that glorify protected-class hatred or real-world violence.
6. Personal information, access, and financial instruments
- Credit or debit cards, bank accounts, gift cards where fraud risk is unacceptable, stored-value accounts, cryptocurrency, securities, or money-transfer services.
- Passwords, accounts, login credentials, SIM cards, personal datasets, mailing lists, or confidential records.
- Event tickets, travel reservations, subscriptions, memberships, or access credentials unless Vintra expressly enables the category.
7. Animals, wildlife, and protected materials
- Live animals, pets, insects, or biological specimens.
- Endangered-species products, ivory, protected feathers, illegal fur, coral, or wildlife goods prohibited by law or carrier rules.
8. Services, digital goods, and unavailable inventory
- Services, labor, rentals, raffles, mystery boxes, donations, advertisements, or requests for payment.
- Digital-only goods, NFTs, downloads, game assets, or software keys unless Vintra expressly supports the category.
- Drop-shipped, made-to-order, pre-order, or supplier-fulfilled items not physically controlled by the seller.
- Items already sold, unavailable, duplicated to manipulate exposure, or listed only to redirect users elsewhere.
9. Restricted categories
Vintra may require extra proof, limit brands or values, or prohibit certain cosmetics, electronics, luxury goods, collectibles, uniforms, children’s products, health products, or other higher-risk categories. A category being visible does not guarantee that every item in it is permitted.
10. Review and enforcement
Vintra may request proof of ownership, authenticity, safety, age, authorization, or whether a carrier will accept the parcel; hide or remove a listing; cancel an order; restrict shipping or payouts; preserve records; suspend an account; or report activity to a rights owner, carrier, payment provider, or authority.
