Not allowed
Listings may not include illegal goods, recalled items, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, or items that violate payment-provider rules.
Restricted categories
Vintra may restrict categories that require age checks, special handling, authenticity review, safety review, or additional compliance steps.
Secondhand condition
Sellers must describe condition honestly and disclose flaws, alterations, missing parts, or hygiene concerns where relevant.
Moderation
Vintra may remove listings, request edits, cancel transactions, or restrict accounts when listings create legal, payment, safety, or marketplace-quality risk.
