Request deletion

Contact support from the email on your account or use in-app account controls when available.

Include the account email, preferred handle if known, and enough detail for support to verify the request.

Vintra may retain limited records needed for legal, security, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or transaction reasons.

Deletion timing and confirmation language should be finalized before App Store submission.
