Vintra is built around sellers instead of a wall of product tiles. Follow the people whose taste lines up with yours and their new listings show up in your feed. One good closet keeps paying off months after the first thing you bought from it.
Look by category, brand, size, or seller, and save the pieces you are not ready to commit to yet. Vintra opens in dense local communities, so a lot of what surfaces early comes from closets close to you rather than a warehouse three states away.
Message the seller inside the app. Ask for measurements, a photo in daylight, how the fit runs, how bad the fading really is. Sellers write their own listings on Vintra, so the person answering you is the person who owns the piece and has to pack it.
If a price is not right, send an offer. The seller can accept it, counter it, or pass. Nothing is charged while you go back and forth, and you are never locked in by asking. Money only moves when you confirm a checkout.

Whatever the seller listed, or whatever offer the two of you agreed on. Vintra does not mark the item up and does not add a marketplace fee on top of it.
Not a flat guess. Shipping is calculated for the real package going to your real address, so a heavy coat and a t-shirt do not cost the same. Vintra ships at launch and local pickup is not available on day one. There is more detail on how Vintra shipping works.
Sales tax where it applies to your order, worked out at checkout rather than sprung on you afterwards.
Card processing costs real money and somebody has to cover it. On Vintra that is the buyer, and it is the entire reason sellers keep 100% of the item price. Every line is itemized on the confirm screen, so you see the total and the parts of it before you agree to anything.
After you buy
Payment runs through Stripe. Vintra creates a prepaid label for the seller through EasyPost, and you get a tracking number. The order page shows carrier scans as the package moves, so you are not guessing where your parcel is or emailing anyone to find out.
You have three days from delivery to report a problem with an order. Open the order, use the report issue path, and describe what happened with photos. Three days is the window, so open the box the day it lands. What happens next is spelled out in the Vintra refunds policy.
Vintra does not inspect or authenticate items. Nobody here sees the jacket before it ships, and Vintra will never tell you a piece has been verified. If authenticity matters to you, ask the seller for tags, stitching and close-up photos before you buy, and read trust and safety on Vintra for the rest of the honest version.
