Do not upload copied listing photos, logos, text, artwork, or other material without permission or another lawful basis. Do not offer counterfeit goods or use brand names in a misleading way.
Reporting infringement
Send a support request identifying the protected work or right, the exact Vintra content or listing at issue, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information is accurate. A rights owner may act through an authorized representative.
Review and action
Vintra may request additional information, remove or restrict content, preserve relevant records, notify the affected user, or take account action. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Responses and mistakes
A user who believes content was removed by mistake may contact support with the relevant listing, an explanation, and evidence of authorization or another lawful basis. Vintra may restore content when appropriate.
Repeat or serious violations
Vintra may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement, counterfeiting, fraudulent notices, or attempts to evade enforcement.
Trademarks and Vintra materials
Vintra names, logos, product design, and original materials are protected by applicable law. Permission is required for uses that imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
