1. Seller eligibility and onboarding
Sellers must be at least 18, provide accurate information, complete required Stripe identity, tax, payment, and payout steps, and keep that information current. Vintra may limit invitations, categories, volume, or payout access and may require enhanced review based on risk, law, or provider requirements.
2. Listings, ownership, and authenticity
You may list only items you own or are legally authorized to sell and possess or control for prompt shipment. Use original or licensed photos; accurately describe brand, size, measurements, material, condition, alterations, flaws, provenance, and included accessories; and remove or update unavailable inventory promptly.
Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, illegal, drop-shipped, made-to-order, unavailable, misleading, or otherwise prohibited items may not be listed. You are responsible for authenticity and may be required to provide receipts, labels, serial details, or other proof.
3. Pricing, fees, and off-platform conduct
Sellers pay 0%: no listing fee, no selling fee, and no commission. You keep the full item price. Payment processing is charged to the buyer as part of the buyer’s total and is not deducted from your proceeds. Vintra charges sellers nothing today: no listing fee, no selling fee, and no commission. Payment processing is added to the buyer’s total and is not deducted from seller proceeds. Any future change to this will be disclosed before it applies, and will never be applied retroactively to a sale already completed.
Shipping adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and other provider-related amounts are separate from marketplace fees and may still be applied where disclosed and lawful.
Do not manipulate prices, transact with yourself, create false scarcity, coordinate fake reviews, or move a Vintra-originated transaction off platform to avoid records, controls, or charges.
4. Orders, packaging, and shipping
Vintra launches with shipping. Local pickup is not available at launch. Honor paid orders, use the order-linked label, package items securely, comply with parcel and carrier rules, and tender the shipment by the deadline shown in the order.
Do not falsely mark an item shipped, reuse a label, substitute another item, alter tracking, or send to an address outside the order. Keep acceptance evidence until the order and any claim are complete. Incorrect weight, dimensions, origin, packaging, or contents may cause adjustment charges, returns, the loss of your ability to file a carrier claim, or account action.
5. Payouts, reserves, reversals, and negative balances
Stripe or another approved provider handles seller onboarding and payouts. Whether and when a payout is released depends on verification, payment settlement, order state, carrier events, refunds, disputes, reserves, risk review, and legal requirements. Vintra does not promise escrow or a fixed payout date unless the applicable flow states one.
Where permitted by law, refunds, chargebacks, carrier adjustments, taxes, fees, or other amounts you owe may be deducted from current or future proceeds. You may be required to repay a negative balance.
6. Cancellations, returns, claims, and cooperation
If you cannot fulfill an order, cancel it promptly through the available flow before shipment. Respond to support requests by the stated deadline and preserve listings, messages, receipts, authenticity evidence, item photos, packaging, shipping records, and return records.
You must accept a return or refund when required by the Refund and Dispute Policy, provider rules, or law. You may not retaliate against a buyer for a good-faith report or attempt to condition a lawful resolution on silence or a positive review.
7. Taxes and records
You are responsible for understanding your income, sales, business-license, consumer-protection, and recordkeeping obligations. Vintra or its providers may collect tax information, withhold or remit amounts, and issue information returns such as Form 1099-K where required. Keep business and transaction records for the period required by law.
8. Seller performance standards
Sellers must communicate professionally, ship on time, maintain accurate inventory, avoid excessive cancellations, resolve issues in good faith, and comply with policy. Vintra may use cancellation, late-shipment, dispute, refund, authenticity, report, and response patterns to decide whether you can keep selling and how visible your listings are.
9. Content license and enforcement
The user-content license in the Terms applies to seller content. Vintra may remove listings, cancel orders, hold or delay payouts where permitted, require verification, limit selling, or suspend or terminate an account for safety, fraud, performance, policy, legal, or provider reasons.
