Eligibility and onboarding
Sellers must meet account eligibility requirements, provide accurate information, complete any required identity, tax, payment, and payout steps, and keep that information current. Approval or early access may be limited or withdrawn.
Listings and inventory
Use accurate photos and descriptions, disclose material wear or flaws, list only items you own or are authorized to sell, and comply with the Prohibited Items Policy. Sellers remain responsible for legality, authenticity, condition, price, inventory availability, and fulfillment.
Prices and fees
Set prices honestly and do not manipulate totals or move a Vintra transaction off platform to avoid a fee or safeguard. Exact marketplace and payment costs will be disclosed before they apply. Seller proceeds and any deductions will be visible in the applicable flow.
Orders and fulfillment
Honor accepted orders, use the fulfillment method shown on the order, package items appropriately, provide valid tracking when required, and follow local pickup confirmation steps. Do not mark an order complete before the required handoff or carrier event.
Payouts and reserves
Payout availability depends on completed provider onboarding, order status, risk review, disputes, refunds, and legal requirements. Vintra or its providers may delay, reverse, or restrict a payout when reasonably required for those purposes.
Returns, claims, and cooperation
Respond promptly to support requests and preserve relevant listings, messages, receipts, item photos, packaging, and shipping records. Outcomes follow the applicable policy, order evidence, provider rules, and law.
Taxes and records
Sellers are responsible for understanding their tax and recordkeeping obligations. Vintra or its providers may collect tax information, calculate or remit certain taxes, or issue required forms where applicable.
Content and enforcement
Sellers grant the content license described in the Terms of Service. Vintra may remove listings, cancel orders, restrict selling, or suspend an account for safety, policy, legal, provider, or marketplace integrity reasons.
