It is an iPhone app
Vintra launches on September 1, 2026 as an iPhone app. Discovery, messaging, offers, checkout, shipping and support all live in the same place, so nothing moves to email or DMs halfway through.
How it works
From “that’s the one” to yours. Vintra is an iPhone app for buying and selling secondhand, launching September 1, 2026. Here is the whole flow, both sides, in the order it actually happens.

Vintra launches on September 1, 2026 as an iPhone app. Discovery, messaging, offers, checkout, shipping and support all live in the same place, so nothing moves to email or DMs halfway through.
Anyone 18 or older can buy secondhand clothes on Vintra straight away. To sell you apply first, and Vintra reviews for fit before you list. Both sides of the app are described in full on their own pages.
Vintra ships at launch and does not offer local pickup on day one. Every order travels by carrier with a tracking number, even between people in the same neighborhood.
No listing fee, no selling fee, no commission. Sellers keep 100% of the item price, and buyers cover payment processing as part of an itemized total. The arithmetic is laid out on the Vintra fees page.
If you are buying
Browse by category, brand, size or seller, or follow closets so their new listings arrive in your feed. Save what you like. Nothing is reserved by saving it, so if you want it, move.
Message inside the app for measurements, extra photos, or how a piece fits a body like yours. The seller wrote the listing and owns the item, so the answers come from the only person who has actually held it.
Buy at the listed price, or send an offer and let the seller accept, counter or pass. Negotiating charges you nothing. A price is only real once you confirm at checkout.
At checkout you see the item price, actual calculated shipping for your address, applicable tax and payment processing, each on its own line before you confirm. Payments run through Stripe. Nothing is added after you agree to the total.
The seller ships with a prepaid label generated through EasyPost, you get a tracking number, and carrier scans appear on the order as the package moves.
If the item is wrong, damaged or never turns up, you have three days from delivery to open the order and use the report issue path. Photos help. Outside that window, options narrow, so open the box early.
If you are selling
Send in the seller application with what you sell and where it comes from. Vintra reviews for fit rather than opening the doors to everyone at once. The full picture is on the page about selling on Vintra with 0% fees.
Once approved you complete identity verification and payout onboarding through Stripe. This happens before your first sale so that money has somewhere to land the moment an order completes.
Original photos, measurements, honest condition notes including flaws, and a price. Vintra does not inspect or authenticate anything, so your listing is the item description buyers are trusting.
Reply to questions, take or counter offers, and let the sale close in the app. The buyer pays their full itemized total at checkout, and your item price is untouched by it.
Vintra creates a prepaid label through EasyPost from the shipping the buyer already paid. Pack the item properly, attach the label, and hand it to the carrier inside 3 business days. Tracking updates the buyer for you.
Payouts release after payout onboarding is complete and the order has been fulfilled successfully, and arrive in the bank account you onboarded with.
